The Swindon Borough Local Plan 2026 ‘Pre-Submission Document’ is available for public consultation from 20th December 2012 for a 9 week period until Thursday 21st February 2013.
The webpage www.swindon.gov.uk/localplan is already live and members of the public can view the Local Plan and download a comments form. The Local Plan is also available to view at all libraries in the Borough and at the One-Stop Shop Reception Desk during normal office hours.
A summary leaflet describing an early pre-submission version of Swindon Borough Council’s Local Plan 2026 is linked here. This is an important plan that will frame the development of the whole Swindon Borough, including our own villages, for many years to come. Please read this and get involved – either at the public question time of our own Parish Council meetings or at the future public consultation meetings that we anticipate will be scheduled in the next months.
